I-9 Authorized Representative Services
New employees and remote workers often require a physical examination of their identity and employment authorization documents to complete the Form I-9. Sirse Notary & Apostille serves as an Authorized Representative for employers, providing the necessary in-person verification for your new hires.
While Form I-9 does not require notarization, the Department of Homeland Security allows employers to designate an Authorized Representative to complete Section 2 on their behalf. We act as your company's designated agent, physically reviewing original documents presented by the employee and accurately completing the employer section of the form.
Our mobile service provides a convenient solution for remote employees based in our service area, ensuring your company remains in compliance with federal employment verification requirements without the need for the employee to travel to your corporate office.
Service includes travel to the employee's location, physical inspection of relevant documents, and completion of the Form I-9 as requested by the employer.
